1. Agreement and eligibility
By using this website or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms and the package-specific conditions shown before payment. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to book for every traveler named in the reservation.
2. Quotes and booking confirmation
Prices and availability remain estimates until our booking service issues a confirmation. A temporary quote or draft does not reserve inventory unless its confirmation explicitly says so.
- Check traveler names, dates, passport requirements, and inclusions before payment.
- Tell us promptly if any confirmation detail is incorrect.
- Supplier conditions may also apply and will be disclosed where relevant.
3. Payment
The checkout shows the amount due now, the remaining balance, currency, taxes, and any selected add-ons. Payment is processed by the provider displayed at checkout. We do not ask you to send card details by email or chat.
4. Changes by you or suppliers
Requested changes are subject to availability and may change the price. A supplier may make a reasonable itinerary change for safety, weather, operational, or regulatory reasons. If a material change occurs, we will explain the available alternatives and applicable refund rights.
5. Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, insurance, health advice, punctuality, and following lawful safety instructions.
- Disclose relevant accessibility, medical, or dietary needs before booking.
- Respect local laws, communities, wildlife, and supplier policies.
- Purchase suitable travel insurance unless the package expressly includes equivalent cover.
6. Liability
Travel services are often delivered by independent suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside reasonable control or by inaccurate information provided by a traveler.
7. Contact and disputes
Contact Travel Route promptly so we can try to resolve a concern while you are traveling. These terms are governed by the laws stated in your final booking confirmation and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
